Project Manager Infor LN / Cloudsuite

Objectives of the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of ERP Infor LN/CSIE projects within the customer's organization. This includes ensuring project delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality, as well as providing excellent customer service and stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP Infor LN/CSIE projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring prompt resolution and mitigation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and project objectives
• Report on project status, progress and risks to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage project team members, providing guidance, mentoring and motivation as required
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and delivering ERP Infor LN/CSIE projects
• Strong project management skills, including experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Excellent customer service, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner
• Strong team management skills, including experience in leading and mentoring project teams
• Experience in using project management tools and methodologies
• Strong business acumen and understanding of ERP systems and technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
