Objectives of the Role
The Junior ERP Project Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of ERP projects. The aim is to ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget, contributing to the successful delivery of the project.
Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Assisting in the coordination and management of ERP projects, which may involve maintaining project schedules, monitoring project progress, and communicating with project team members.
- Keeping project documentation up to date, including project specifications, progress notes, and status reports, to ensure that all relevant information is readily available.
- Communicating effectively with the project team and stakeholders to provide regular progress updates, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the project's objectives and status.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management principles and a basic understanding of how ERP systems, preferably Infor, work is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as the job involves coordinating multiple tasks, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and/or German
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
