Job Objectives

The Inside Sales Junior will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to new and existing clients. This role focuses on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.

The Inside Sales Junior will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to new and existing clients. This role focuses on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in the United States, Canada, and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation methods.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress toward established goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide information on products and services, pricing, and availability to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on progress toward goals.

Job Requirements

  • Internship experience or early career in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a large number of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in sales management and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Fluent in English and at least intermediate in German.
