Consultant Infor LN / Cloudsuite - Manufacturing

Objectives of the Role

The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consulting and implementation services to customers in the production industry, utilizing Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutions. The consultant will work with customers to understand their needs, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure success.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

• Provide expert consultation to customers in the production industry on Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutions
• Work with customers to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those needs
• Lead the implementation of Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) ERP production solutions, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality
• Configure, test, and deploy Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutions in the manufacturing space
• Provide training and support to customers on new ERP solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP solutions
• Monitor client satisfaction and provide ongoing support to ensure success

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutions
• Strong understanding of production industry processes and operations
• Experience with implementation and customization of Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as C# or Java are a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies are a plus
